LEAGUE  TIMELINE 

• Weeks 1–3: Handicap Determination (3 rounds required).

• Weeks 4–End: League Play. Minimum of 9 league rounds required.

• You may play rounds any time during the week (Mon–Sun).

• Players may make up missed weeks since Jan–Apr provides ~16 weeks

FORMAT & SCORING

• Lowest season average net score wins.

• Handicap is determined by averaging the 3 initial rounds.

• You may replay the weekly course multiple times; only your best round counts.

HANDICAP INTEGRITY

• If you shoot more than 10 strokes BELOW your handicap more than once, the second occurrence will void that round.

WEEKLY CHALLENGES (ROTATING)

• Longest Drive (fairway only)

• Closest to the Pin

• Longest Putt Made

• Most Birdies

• Least Putts

• Par-3 Champion

• Low Gross of the Week

• Low Net of the Week

SEASON STRUCTURE

• January:  Handicap Weeks 1–3 

• February:  League Weeks 2–5

• March: League Weeks 6–9

• April: Flex & Bonus Weeks  (for make up rounds)

BOOKING RULES

• League rounds must be played in a Tee Time Golf simulator.

• Players must notify the front desk or select “LEAGUE ROUND” when booking.

• Players must download the Golf VX App.

FINAL PRIZES

• League Champion: $1500 FOUNTAIN TIRE GIFT CARD

• Runner-Up:  $300 CASH

• Most Improved Player:  Based on handicap change

• Attendance Award:  Draw for participants (completing all required weeks)

• Scores must be emailed to info@teetimevirtualgolf.com

• Mulligans are not permitted.

• League reserves the right to verify scores if needed.
