THE FORMAT
3 HANDICAP ROUNDS • 8 SCORING ROUNDS • COMPLETE AT LEAST 6

1. Establish your handicap
Your first 3 league rounds determine your handicap. Complete all three before submitting any scoring rounds.
League Handicap = Average of Your 3 Gross Scores − 72
Example: 91, 94 and 88 → Average 91 → Handicap 19

2. Complete your scoring rounds
Play at least 6 of the 8 available scoring rounds by December 18, 2026. You may miss up to two scoring rounds.
Net Score = Gross Score − League Handicap
Example: 87 − 19 = Net 68

3. Compete for the lowest average
Your final league score is the average of all qualifying net scores completed. Whether you complete 6, 7 or 8 scoring rounds, every completed qualifying round counts.
Lowest final average net score wins!
 
PLAYING YOUR ROUNDS

• Book your own time. Play whenever simulator time is available during the league period. Tell staff you are playing an official league round before you begin.

• One hour per round. Each official round is allotted one hour of simulator time. Finish within your booking.

• Catch-up rounds are allowed. You may play multiple rounds in a week to catch up. Complete designated league courses in order; do not skip ahead to future rounds.

• Submit your scorecard after every official round. Staff may review simulator records or request additional information to verify scores.

• The 10% discount applies only to simulator time used for eligible official league rounds.

Use all official league simulator settings. Do not change settings without staff authorization.

FAIR PLAY RULES
NO MULLIGANS
Only staff may authorize a mulligan for a simulator malfunction, accidental contact or input, or another unusual circumstance where the shot should not reasonably count. Players may never independently replay a shot. All mulligans are at staff discretion.

NO RESTARTS OR REPLAYS
Once an official round begins, the score stands. Poor play or an undesirable score does not permit a restart. Staff may allow an exception for a legitimate simulator malfunction or another exceptional circumstance that prevented proper completion.

HONEST HANDICAPS
Handicap rounds must reflect your normal playing ability. Staff may review and adjust handicaps when scoring patterns reasonably indicate otherwise.

EXCEPTIONAL SCORES
One scoring round that is 10 or more strokes better than your established handicap is permitted—generally a net score of 62 or lower on a par-72 course. A second such scoring round will be voided and will not count toward the standings.

SPORTSMANSHIP & STAFF AUTHORITY
Compete honestly and follow all league rules. Reasonable evidence of handicap manipulation, improper mulligans or other violations may result in a voided round, handicap adjustment or disqualification.
Tee Time Golf has final authority over handicaps, scoring, mulligans, simulator malfunctions, disputed rounds, handicap-integrity reviews and rule interpretation.
 
PRIZES FOR 1ST, 2ND & 3RD PLACE
To qualify for final standings and prizes, you must register and complete:
ALL 3 HANDICAP ROUNDS + AT LEAST 6 SCORING ROUNDS
The final prize pool and individual prize amounts will be announced after registration closes and will depend on total participation.
